What changes

What changes when payments run from Salesforce

In Salesforce

Pay from inside Salesforce

Create a payment record in Salesforce. Xtrm pays it and writes the transaction ID, timestamp, status and any failure reason back to the record.

Never collect or store bank details

One name and email is enough. Recipients enter their own details and pick how they get paid: bank transfer, prepaid card or digital gift card, in their local currency.

One funding source for every country you pay into

Fund once in a currency you hold. Xtrm converts and pays in the recipient's local currency, from one balance and one report.

Recipient questions go to Xtrm, not your finance team

Onboarding, tax forms, failed-payment fixes and "where is my payment" questions go to Xtrm support.

Approval rules your finance team sets once

Identity and sanctions screening on every payment, before the money moves. Gated transaction types, an optional second approver and amount thresholds on transfers. Xtrm is SOC 1 and 2 Type II compliant.

How it works in Salesforce

A payment record in, a status back

Xtrm Payments for Salesforce works on one custom object in your org. Personal, company and employer payments run on the same object.

  1. 1

Your team creates a payment record

Set the payment type, the recipient's name and email, the amount, the currency and the wallet that funds it.

  2. 2

    Xtrm pays it

Identity and sanctions checks run before the money moves. The recipient chooses how to get paid.

  3. 3

    The status comes back

Xtrm writes the result to the record, so your reports and automation in Salesforce can use it.
